A bid on an auction item is considered a commitment to purchase the item.
If you have won an auction item, you will be informed after the auction close. Payment for each auction item must be made in full before the item is released.
jumblebee is regulated by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority.) This is the authority that regulates every bank and financial institution across the United Kingdom, and guarantees the security of our clients’ funds. All funds from this auction will be paid into our client account, which is separate from the business.
jumblebee runs over 1200 auctions every year, many of which we provide prizes for, and all our prizes are sourced from approved and trusted suppliers.
In the unlikely event that a prize is cancelled, a refund will be made of the cost of said prize, or a suitable alternative will be offered.
